By accessing, registering for, or using AttendanceKart (operated by SolvionTech Pvt Ltd.), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2AttendanceKart Services
AttendanceKart provides a cloud-based human resource and workforce management platform, including biometric facial recognition verification, GPS geofencing attendance tracking, leave processing, payroll administration, and shift management tools ("Services").
3User & Company Responsibilities
Organizations subscribing to AttendanceKart are responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring lawful authorization from personnel for attendance tracking, and enforcing internal company compliance policies regarding clock-in procedures and biometric logging.
4Account & Workspace Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their workspace credentials, password strength, and authentication tokens. Any activity performed under your company account or employee login remains your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5Attendance & Biometric Data Processing
AttendanceKart processes facial embeddings and GPS location coordinates solely for authenticating employee check-ins and preventing buddy punching or geofence spoofing. Facial embeddings are stored as mathematical vector hashes and are never sold or shared with external third-party advertisers.
6Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to attempt reverse-engineering, unauthorized API scraping, injecting malicious code, circumventing biometric liveness models, or transmitting fraudulent geolocation coordinates through AttendanceKart.
7Security & Confidentiality
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS for data in transit and AES-256 for biometric embeddings at rest) to safeguard your organizational data and maintain enterprise confidentiality.
8Service Availability & Maintenance
While AttendanceKart strives for 99.9% uptime, we may conduct scheduled routine maintenance or emergency infrastructure upgrades. Advanced notification will be provided whenever feasible.
9Intellectual Property
All software, logos, trademarks, design elements, algorithms, and microservices associated with AttendanceKart remain the exclusive intellectual property of SolvionTech Pvt Ltd.
10Third-Party Services
Certain features (such as SMTP transactional email dispatch or map tile rendering) may utilize secure third-party provider APIs. AttendanceKart is not liable for service interruptions originating from third-party networks.
11Privacy Policy Reference

12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolvionTech Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business data, or loss of profits resulting from service usage or temporary unavailability.
13Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in non-payment of subscription fees following prior written notice.
14Changes to Terms
SolvionTech Pvt Ltd. may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AttendanceKart after posted updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
